How to Access Patient Records in AMD on the EHR side.
Open the EHR side of AMD
Click on the "Chart" menu option at the top
Click "Find Patient"
Type the patient's name in the "Pat. Name" field then hit enter
Choose your patient from the list by double-clicking on their name
A pop-up message might appear with important messages from other staff about this patient.
You can close this message once you have determined if you need to take any action.
Now you are in your patient's chart. You can use the menu options on the left-hand side to search for what you need or you can click on the patient card that contains the information you need.
