The below guide will walk you through resetting your password for AMD. If you remember your password but are still unable to access AMD, please be sure you are using Google Chrome to access AMD.
If you are not using Google Chrome, before resetting your password, please download it and try logging in again.
If you still cannot log in, clear your cache and cookies.
If neither of those works, please proceed using the steps below.
How to Reset your AdvancedMD Password
First, try the “forgot your password” link on the AMD login page.
If Step 1 was unsuccessful, reach out to the Support team via Live Chat at www.hellohero.com, or email [email protected] to have your password reset. The chat options are faster.
Once you have received a temporary password from Support, go to the AMD login page and log in using the temporary password provided.
This will open this page for you to create a new, more secure password. You will need to enter the temporary password in the “old password field” and then enter create a new password and click Change password.
