We are updating our time off structure for corporate employees effective January 1, 2026. This change introduces a standardized accrual-based system that aligns with state requirements and provides a predictable time away from work.

As part of the transition from Flex PTO, all eligible employees will receive a one-time front-loaded balance of 5 PTO days on January 1, 2026. These days are available for immediate use.
0.75 FTE employees are eligible for PTO at 75% of the full-time benefit level.
Part-time hourly employees will accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked.
Up to 40 hours of PTO may be carried over into the following year. Carried-over hours must be used by June 30 or will be forfeited, unless otherwise required by state law. Additional details will be included in the updated Employee Handbook.
Employees should continue to submit planned PTO requests at least two weeks in advance to allow managers to plan for coverage.
ADP is currently configuring this policy. Until setup is complete, employees should request time off and balance information through their manager.
Care Time Off (CTO)
Full-time employees will receive 40 hours of CTO on January 1 each year.
CTO must be used within the calendar year and does not carry over, unless required by state law.
