Accessing W2 or 1099 in Rippling

This article will provide instructions on how to access a W2 or 1099 form in Rippling

Updated over 9 months ago

Employees who received taxable income in a year will receive a W-2, or a Wage and Tax Statement, from their employer at the beginning of the following one. This document is required when you file your taxes annually. If you are a contractor (a non-W-2 employee) who received payments of at least $600 in the prior year and are not classified as a C- or S-Corp company, you will receive a 1099 form.

If you're trying to access your W-2 for 2022 to the present, you can easily find all your tax documents in your Rippling account. Simply log in at app.rippling.com using the personal email address you used to set up Rippling.

If you do not remember what personal email you use to set up Rippling, you encounter any errors or are unable to access your W-2, please contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance.
