Scheduling Individual Sessions in HQ

This guide contains a link to step-by-step instructions for scheduling in HQ for student services.

You will be notified when there has been no response to automated outreach after 2 days. Make 2 phone calls over 2 days

  • If no response, follow the school’s policy

  • If the family responds, schedule on HQ

Things to remember when scheduling:

  • Zoom takes time for the link to generate and it’s best practice to try to schedule at least 1 hour before the start time of the session. If you schedule with any less time, the link may not work.

  • When scheduling assessments and sessions, you will now need to enter the time in the student’s time zone.

  • Please note - anything that requires video (sessions and assessments) should automatically be set to Zoom for Healthcare - do not change that setting.
