HQ: Adding a Session to an Existing Schedule

This guide contains a link to step-by-step instructions for scheduling a consult in HQ for student services.

Once you’ve scheduled from a referral, you no longer have the ‘Add Schedule’ button option, but you still may need to schedule additional sessions/appointments to a referral that already has a schedule attached. Follow this guide for how to add additional sessions in this scenario (this works for sessions and assessments)

Things to remember when scheduling:

  • Zoom takes time for the link to generate, and it’s best practice to try to schedule at least 1 hour before the start time of the session. If you schedule with any less time, the link may not work.

  • When scheduling assessments and sessions, you will now need to enter the time in the student’s time zone.

  • Please note - anything that requires video (sessions and assessments) should automatically be set to Zoom for Healthcare - do not change that setting.
