Complete 3 forms of outreach (phone, text, and email) over 3 business days
If no response, follow the school’s policy
If the family responds, schedule on HQ
Psycho-educational evaluations should be scheduled initially for two separate 90-minute appointments.
Things to remember when scheduling:
Zoom takes time for the link to generate, and it’s best practice to try to schedule at least 1 hour before the start time of the session. If you schedule with any less time, the link may not work.
When scheduling assessments and sessions, you will now need to enter the time in the student’s time zone.
Please note - anything that requires video (sessions and assessments) should automatically be set to Zoom for Healthcare - do not change that setting.
