HQ: Removing Sessions from a Schedule (Schedule Cleanup)

This guide contains a link to step-by-step instructions for removing sessions from a schedule in HQ for student services.

At times, a schedule may be created with too many sessions (ex., student needs 120 minutes/month, schedule was created for weekly sessions - any sessions past 120 minutes on the schedule need to be removed). Use the first link for these steps.

You may also need to remove sessions that fall over a school break, and you want to remove multiple events for that school at once. Use the second link for those steps.

Things to remember when scheduling:

  • Zoom takes time for the link to generate, and it’s best practice to try to schedule at least 1 hour before the start time of the session. If you schedule with any less time, the link may not work.

  • When scheduling assessments and sessions, you will now need to enter the time in the student’s time zone.

  • Please note - anything that requires video (sessions and assessments) should automatically be set to Zoom for Healthcare - do not change that setting.
