Please check your HelloHero email at least ONCE per day (M - F).
Please attempt to return messages within 2 business days (excluding weekends) OR pass the message on to your provider manager to assist you if you are unable to respond accordingly.
Creating an AUTO-REPLY for your HelloHero Gmail

Please put the following as your ALWAYS ON away message for your HelloHero Gmail account:
Thank you for contacting me. Please note that my working days and schedule are: Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8 am-Noon EST, however, please note that I may be in a session during those times and unavailable.
I will do my best to reply to your email within 48 hours (2 business days). If you need immediate assistance, please use the following contacts depending on your need:
